In a climatecafe setting climate adaptation opportunities were researched in a 3 day event ‘Analyse, Ambtion and Action’ strategy. This national impact project was organised by the municipality of Hoogeveen and Water authority Drenthse Overijsselse Delta with academic partners as Hanze university of applied science.

Several workshops where held with 3D visualisations of flooding and actual artificial floodings of Sustainable urban Drainage Systems as permeable pavement to visualize and study the cost effectiveness of these SuDS.

The results are presented in several (inter)national publications by several stakeholders and was an inspiration to multiple (small) municipalities around The Netherlands.
